Environmental Statement Armourcast

Armourcoat Limited has a policy of making all products as environmentally friendly as possible from the sourcing of raw ingredients through to manufacture, packaging, application and in-service life of our products.

The main raw ingredients of Armourcast are marble powder and special gypsum plaster blends. The marble powders used are not quarried specially for the purpose but are retained and graded by-products from the manufacture of marble slabs and tiles. This creates positive environmental impact as by our intervention this by-product is utilised rather than put into landfill.

The gypsum plasters are sourced from a large gypsum manufacturer who are dedicated to preserving the environment, and restore all their sites after extraction, to maintain natural equilibrium.

Armourcast does not give off any VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) during application or in the months afterwards.
